I've lost the progress of my account archive.

A fortnight ago, after a bug update, my account archive disappeared and all skins, gold, and heirlooms went to zero. The original level 170+ became a level 1 initial trumpet. Please contact me as soon as possible to retrieve the archive. I am playing on steam. id ecmakeithot.
