Sorry for the late reply. Here are the results. I tested directly into the modem with the router out of the equation. I also factory reset the modem in between the two.

Community ManagerThe connection to your router is pretty rough. Was this test run over wireless? If so, is it from the same location as your Xbox? If that's true, that looks like your issue. The worst ping to your router should be in the single digits if wired, but wireless will be significantly higher and less stable. Since you have tried playing wired, it would be good to see a wired test as well.

It sounds like you have a separate modem and router. That's good. I've had trouble with those combo units in the past. However, a 70 ms ping when wired is really high so it's possible this is an issue with the modem. You might want to do some online research to see if others have had the same issue and maybe get some tips for improving the ping.
Thought I should update. I'm having a technician over on Friday to check my connection and equipment. ISP did find it strange that my first hop had 70ms at one point. Fingers crossed
