Here are 2 traces, one with router and one without. Looks the same as before even with all the equipment replaced
The second test where you're going straight to the modem is significantly higher than going through the router. This looks like an issue with the modem. Your pings shouldn't be that high. The average is ok, but the worst being 96 ms means it's fluctuating a lot. Have you considered getting your own modem instead of the one supplied by your ISP?

The modem was already replaced yesterday, I doubt a 3rd modem is going to change anything. I'm being told by my ISP there are no issues and I'm being told by you that the problem is with my ISP/equipment. Why is it that when I ping easo.ea.com directly, there is never as much fluctuation? I'm asking because this was one of the arguments of one of the multiple technicians I spoke to.

Do they keep giving you the same type of modem? What I'm saying is, ISPs often don't supply the best equipment so it might be good to get your own modem and router instead.

Again, I think it's safe to rule out the router since I get the issue hardwired to the modem. They gave me the same model of modem yes, but it's brand new. This same model did not have issues for the 2 years I've been playing Apex until recently.
I'll ask again: Why is it that when I ping easo.ea.com directly, there is never as much fluctuation?
Considering a user on a previous thread also has Videotron with their new Helix modem and is having the same issues, I doubt the issue is hardware.

I had thought the lack of fluctuation was when you went straight to the modem instead of through the router. Is that not the case and it's only happening when pinging easo.ea.com?
Just keep in mind that it could be hardware related. I understand it worked for 2 years, but your ISP could have also made updates to their network or an update to the modem could be causing this. It's very possible that you'll see an increase in performance by getting better equipment. I'm not saying you should run out right now and pick up a new modem and router, but if this continues, it might be worth trying. Personally, I love the performance I get from buying my own equipment. I also have more control over them and my monthly internet bill is less since I'm not leasing their equipment.

Bruh, there’s been an update to the game and I don’t see you even acknowledging a possibility that it could be stemming from that, and unless you want to blame literally every ISP an Xbox is connected to your point is moot. He is not the only one with this issue—full stop.

I understand your preference, however I'm not paying for this modem. Now this modem is brand new and the issue persists. The Videotron tech showed me the specs for the modem on his phone. Having worked myself as a manager at a reseller ISP that uses Videotron's lines, I understood fully well these signal levels. I spoke to 3 different types of technicians telling me it's fine.
Like I mentioned in my initial troubleshooting, I don't have these lags at all on the Nintendo switch playing Apex. Can we stop blaming the hardware at this point? Is there anything else I can do?

I've downloaded the game on PS4. Using the same network as my Xbox. No. Issues. The game is smooth
Not too sure what this confirms 🙄 but for now I will play on PS4

Same here. I can play on my Series S or PC with no issues, but Xbox One is a strugglefest.

Thanks for the update. I'm glad you can play smoothly now, but it's definitely disappointing you have to switch consoles. If I can think of anything else to try for your Xbox, I'll update here.
