latency spikes

i have lots of latency spikes since the season launch.  it’s really unplayable.  i have a super fast fios connection and never have connection issues with any game.  like one moment i will be fighting, then screen stops, starts again 3 seconds later and most likely i’m dead

 can we please fix this
