Yep also ran great for me in ubuntu 18.10 no issues until latest patch.

Just to add so that people are aware. Fortnite also has this issue with EAC. From what I've heard you can actually play after every major patch until a minor patch is released, then you need to wait for the next major patch.

This is probably why we could play yesterday.
