Linked the account to steam but ea app shows a different record.

As I said with the topic and also I have purchase some apex coins that make it didn't go in to the right account that I want(which is in steam) and also I have purchase the ea play through steam and also it didn't display or show that I have the membership in the ea official website. And now it makes me use 800HKD apex coin that disappear in the another account and my main account didn't get any coins.

And as you can see I have linked the account to steam already but is not showing the same play time and not even the same record in steam and the ea app. I want to know if there will be a way to get a refund or any ways to solve the problem cuz I want to buy the event item really bad now with only 3 days left.
