Linked unliked playstation

I was trying to link my PlayStation to ea with steam for apex cross progression and somehow it got linked to a random email account it was never linked to that I don’t use then when I went to my pc ea account and tried to link PlayStation it said I could only have 1 lifetime linked account and when I went back to the other email it wasn’t linked and all my content on ps5 is gone I had 4 heirlooms and spent thousands on apex and I don’t even know what happened I need help badly ea support is terrible please help
