Linking account

I have the same issue, yet EA help has not came with a solution. Nor does it consider the circumstances. Their reply went straight to quote on quote

"Thank you for contacting EA Support. My name is (NAME), I will be your assigned EA Support Expert today. After reviewing your email, I came to know that the concern is regarding .Account Access/XBOX access Please be assured I will provide you all the relevant information about the same.
I appreciate for your patience and understanding on this matter.

When the whole situation is that my account has been hacked and needs both my XBOX and PSN account unlinked from a certain email.

It is pretty disappointing that you spent so much money on a game and get hacked. In addition, there is no phone number to call for customer service.

I was looking for a similar solution because I had to create a new XBox Live account due to some other limitation from Microsoft when switching to the PC version of their platform. I'm currently attempting to link my EA account with that account, but running into the same problem as the original poster.

I understand if there are currently technical reasons that prevent re-linking accounts across different platform-account combinations, but equating a single account to a customer identity is a mistake. My only option at this point is to make yet another account, to which my past purchases cannot be transferred, in order to use all the features I'm actually paying for. And then bounce back and forth between accounts depending on what I want to play (and try to remember what purchases are on the different accounts). It is an inconvenience, to say the least.

You have all my personal information, you have a confirmed phone number, email address, and various ways to confirm my identity as a consumer. This is a solvable problem that I hope ends up on someone's roadmap relatively soon.

Except that every time we go there, we run into an unending loop of being referred back to the forum and then back to that awful EA|Help site. That "help" site is awful, and completely unhelpful with this issue. There is no "chat" option, as you can see in the provided screenshots. No category has any sort of contact option. 

How do we contact an actual HUMAN who we can explain the issue to and who can help us? If you aren't authorized on the official forum to help us, direct us to an official resource, THAT IS NOT ON THE EA|HELP website, which again, is useless. 

If there is no other resource than that website, then you have a major hole in your "customer service" help profile and we need a solution. You are a multi-Billion dollar business. Figure it out.. or keep losing customers and wondering why. Thank you...

@deathstouch57I recant my previous sayings about not having a chat option. There is one, and it solved my issue. However, it was a little difficult to find, and was only found under an option for issues I was not having. See screenshot 3 above for how to find a chat option... 

I decided to unlink the account and link the one I wanted.. your mileage may vary.. but this option at least gets you chatting with someone. 

You just lost me as an EA customer.
