looks like we're not getting our accounts back. Im getting some generic generated responses about how they did a "full investigation" and the decision was right. Huh
It's a false positive yet they did "full investigation" just tells me how bs the system is.
Lets not jump to conclusions. This Linux issue was just flagged yesterday and is being looked into.
Hang in there, these things take time.
- @Asmodeus566 im just saying the automated email system is bs. its just delayed auto reply which means nothing. with the number of reports, we can defo conclude it's a false positive yet we all getting the same automated emails and nobody looking into those cases. not trying to be rude, just stating facts.
I understand your frustration and that of all the others here with this Linux issue.
If you have been following the thread that is why I asked for CM assistance on this and they have also moved this forward as you can see from their response.
So yes something is being done, we all just have to have some patience.
I would just keep following this thread for an update if I were you and hold off on submitting more tickets to the ToS until you here back on here.
