I understand your frustration and that of all the others here with this Linux issue.
If you have been following the thread that is why I asked for CM assistance on this and they have also moved this forward as you can see from their response.
So yes something is being done, we all just have to have some patience.
I would just keep following this thread for an update if I were you and hold off on submitting more tickets to the ToS until you here back on here.

stay relaxed, we have already received good attention and the staff has taken care of the matter.
These emails are sent automatically as soon as the anti-cheat system detects a violation, many of us got disappointed.

There is already an article online that addresses the issue, and also refers to this post. I don't think this would have happened so quickly without your initiative on GitHub :-)- @FlyingPaperPlane That is amazing to see and the suggestion of putting it on github wasn't my idea but someone else's in a discord group who I was talking to them about. I just had the idea to encourage others to follow along

In my haste writing I forgot to credit the original reports and I apologize for that.
