hey @EA_Pythia, we have been friends on playstation for years, and on the game as well, he just showed me that he is able to gift to his friend but i’m still not on his list, i really don’t get what the problem is now

if you've been friends on the PlayStation before you were friends on Apex, I recommend unfriending each other on both PlayStation and Apex, and then befriend each other in Apex FIRST, before re-befriending each other on the PlayStation.
It will take another two weeks, before you two can gift each other things, but it should work then.

then it is very likely that you have several accounts and are verifying the incorrect one. Please check here if your platform account, if you have one, is connected to your EA account that you're verifying.
