then it is very likely that you have several accounts and are verifying the incorrect one. Please check here if your platform account, if you have one, is connected to your EA account that you're verifying. Otherwise, you can also contact EA Support, who can potentially help you locate your account.

Hi @EA_Pythia I have the login application enabled and no other account connected however I still can’t unlock the send gift

Any updates? I am also struggling to gift as my login verification is turned on but I am still unable to send gifts. Accounts are linked and up to requirement as well. Super confused.
