Lost 150 points for match disconnect penalty. Can I get those back

Got suspended for a match disconnect that wasn't my fault and lost 150 ranked points as penalty, can I get those back?

Fix your god damn game.

"Corrupted packet loss" crashed my game when entering legend select. Why the * not just let me back in rather than punish me on my LP and my team mates now have to play duo instead? You people are so shameful it's mental
