Lost all progession on every system during account link.

During the cross progression account link I lost my lvl 202 character and it reset everything on both systems. (xbox & ps5) 700 coins and everything Ive bought over the last 5 years. Ive tried to contact ea but their website is a run around and they've disabled the link for the live chat and email option
