Since you're able to play find on a different connection, most likely the issue is related to something with your home network. It also sounds like you're on a wireless connection. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?

As a test to see if that is the issue, could you move close enough to use a wire? That way, you don't go putting unnecessary holes in your wall. Then again, if you were planning on doing this anyway, it's not a bad idea as a wired connection should be a lot better.
- 3 years ago@EA_Aljo A wired connection did not solve the issue. It is still occurring, even with improved speeds from the wired connection.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
