Lost progres

Hello i lost all my progres in the game, i came back to the game after ages and i dowloadet it from steam this time as origin was no more and after linking steam with EA it seams like the steam acc overwrited my origin acc progres that i had when i playd when the game came out, is there a way to i dont know over whrite it with the old one? Because i feel kinda scamed right now:) (sorry for my bad english)
