Ever since the collection event update, I am constantly “timing out” although nothing is wrong with my internet. (Usually puts me back in game) This time around I was in ranked not even past the dropship, and it timed me out and I got banned (albeit only for 10 minutes). Please help me to fix this someone. (PS4)
After the latest update on the day 14.9.2021 apex ranked got unplayable, we need some kind of compensation for our point loss because of the servers and random crashes and infinite loading screens. At least we need extended ranked split or season so players can advance their rank for the first split and not be disrupted by errors.

I've lost more then 200 points just because of it.
Maybe next time they could release some new update at the beginning of split and not at the end.
- @Blindasfu1993 I totally agree with you. I just grind ranked to get diamond solo q and after the bugs I get de-ranked for what, their server issues and problems. This should not be a problem for company this big.

@Ingeniekey We still need some compensation for our loss of points and time waiting in q to get kicked and punished for it. Not because of us but because of their problems its oblivious.
This has gotten ridiculous. Ever since your last update (An absurd 30 gb for xbox) all Ranked matches do is freeze. Then even if you wait an hour, and then finally close Apex and open it again, your sitting on a ban hammer. We need compensation for the points and a reset on the bans since they get longer and longer. Yesterday was rough but today it seems every ranked match I join, right after character selection its a freeze and ban hammer. Fix your game please, lets get some replies or something to let us know your at least aware of the problem and going to do something about it please. I mean your ban hammering people that want to play and not screw over team players but are freezing because of your update and your screwing over the people that do get into the games and don't have a full team because we are frozen and then ban hammered. Fix it up please.
I'm very dissapointed no Dev's or Admins can take a minute out of their busy days to address this thread not even once. Let us know we matter and that your looking into it or something, geesus at least post something so we know your paying attention.
So I have never had this before, must be server side.
Have used multiple ping tools, they all check out. Normal ping.
When in the lobby, all checks out, all servers there normal ping.
As soon as i'm in the jump ship, on the actual server, double the ping.
Must be server related.
PS: So im out till this is fixed, ping at 230. Cant play at all.

can literally play any other game with normal low pings, but jump into Apex and its absolute crap.
Is there any admins online that can provide feedback pls?
I have:
1. Reset my network
2. Run net limiter to check if not my side. (All clear)
3. Have done multiple direct pings from and to apex servers Belgium and UK (The only 2 I can play on) They all clear with low ping
4. I have watched my routers activity on the second monitor to make sure there is no activity.
5. When selecting a server, they all fine, normal ping, in the lobby.
6. When in a game, press escape, the correct ping displays at the bottom. (The normal low playable one)
Yet the counter at the top, real time ping is over 200? What is going on, this is weird. This ping is correct as I cant play, rubber banding with terrible lag all over the place.
Do they know there is a problem? This is since yesterday 11am eastern time. Funny that its at the same time as the new EA app?
Not be funny, but check my account, have spend a cars price on this game. What to do? Cant play..
FIX THE SERVERS! HOLY MOLY every time this game releases a big update, servers are TRASH!!!

now u might even get penalized if it's ranked
Just take penalty abnd -72 RP because of the servers. With my friends we keep getting disconnected from the servers it's unplayable.

I'm sick to death of trying since the update, they are fine for a few hours and then bang everything is back to square one! I'm literally getting to the point of saying stuff this game! Try and have a few games with mates after work and the servers keep disconnecting and booting us out! Sort your game out this has went on for ages now and you're making things worse it seems!
I start the game and there is the button to continue so the game starts to go up and in the middle it raises the screen just freezes for 10 minutes and then the game goes up and after that there is an error (Connection to server timed out ( code : net ) . See ea.com/unable to connect for additional information) and then I click continue then the game goes up fast and then I click ready the game goes up and it freezes and then i cant play it
That can not happening with these servers guys it is amazing i play all day and i have been banned like 100 times because of your faulty servers i lose rp too. Make something itz season 10 and u make only new events and nothing for this problem. A hole community talk about these joke servers.
Ever since the release of the rampart heirloom there has been eminent connection problem for me, I thought it my connection by it wasn't becaused I checked it several times and every time I disconnected from the sever my connection was fine. This has become a terrible hinderence to me because I play ranked and due to these disconnection problems, I have got several abandon penalties that have resulted in me getting demoted from my ranks. EA please fix this problem
And due to the changes players needed to be kicked out of games because of the services not working correctly. As well as having to get a penalty as the server thinks you left the game but this wasn't due to the game bugs.......

why as of last night does it lag me out of games and then reconnect me mid game as I’m falling through the air?
sever issue code cloudim on Xbox and all test I’ve done on inter come out 80mb+
