MATCHMAKING BROKEN?!

ok im gonna keep this short. am i the only one getting frustated over and over? I am playing ranked ONLY and I reached Diamond rank a month ago. since then, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get higher then diamond 4, i always get back at 720 because in 90% of the matches i am playing against predators or guys who have at least 5x more kills then I do. It is NOT FUN at all, i cannot progress.

the normal procedere is waiting in queue for several minutes, landing, looting for a brief amount of time and then getting killed without even a hint of a chance to actually knock or kill someone back.

this is so broken, why cant you matchmake diamond 4/3 with plat 1/2 prioritized? not with 3k predators?? this is just frustrating.

    Ok small update to make the picture clearer. I was playing for a few hours yesterday (remember, I am Diamond 4). I have been playing with the same (estimate) 120 players for HOURS. so I have played every single match (as solo player) against

    l2info clan premade predator squad
    TSM Diego + North Taisheen 3 man predator team (3.5k)
    NAVI clan predator team

    SAMSUNG clan predator team
    and some more pred teams...

    so basically I am diamon 4 and playing against full "pro" squads and I dont even get a chance through several games to fight against players of my level, because I am always facing a pre-made predator squad around every second corner.

    I havent managed to increase my RP from 720 at ALL even though I played for hours and got top 10 in almost every game. 

    Id like to hear a statement regarding this issue.
