Matchmaking stuck in a loop

For the past week multiple people including me across multiple platforms have had ea server disconnections and never-ending matchmaking whether its solo squad queue ranked unranked ECEN FIRING RANGE please do a multi server diagnostic and fix the game people have spent probably hundreds of millions on and made you a profit at this point you dont deserve.
