Missing all of my skins

I need help! I lost all of my skins after redownloading apex after a year, what do I do to get them back

Hi @lILANESII,

Can you double-check the skins tab and see what shows up there atm?

Go to the Loadout tab.
Click the Skins tab.
If you have an Heirloom or Prestige item, you’ll see it in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
Check Equip to use it in-game.

Heirloom or Prestige items appear with an Equip checkbox in the Skins tab from your Loadout.

@EA_LannaHi, I am still missing my reactive devotion skins from the season 9 battle pass. I know they were removed for a bug a while ago but I still haven’t received them back. I have made numerous attempts to contact for help but haven’t received any. I bought those skins with real money…
