Missing Apex Coins Xbox

I have bought 2 sets of apex coins in the last 2 days and neither of them have been debited into my account. 

I have followed all recommended guidance and waited for 24 hours, i have opened a case file which has not been progressed even with proof of purchase added exactly how the instructions ask for it. I have downloaded the game onto my old gen console and had a look on there to see if my account had not synced.

I have never had an issue with this and have been playing the game since it came out in 2019. The lack of customer support from a company so large is incredibly disappointing given that amount of money that it generates and the previous EA support that was in place years ago when you could simply call.

I'm hoping for a resolution to this because when i have spent money on something, i expect to receive the item that i have paid for.

Any help with this issues being rectified would be greatly appreciated.

    I assume you're reaching out to live support via email? It might be a good idea to try to start a chat with them instead.

    When you pick your product and platform, try selecting "Orders" -> "Check order status". That usually gives me the option to start a chat. Just be sure to inform the advisor what the actual issue is.
