7 days ago i activated xbox code for a 1000 apex coins, and they're still not on my account, i tried to play from ea app and steam but this doesn't help i can give all proofs about payment order, and ea support doesn't appear my cases i literally didn't know what i supposed to do help me plz
FIORT-bot If you activated the code on Xbox and you still aren't seeing your Apex Coins, you would need to reach out to Xbox Support as there isn't a way to handle codes on the forums.
Furthermore, if your code came from a 3rd party retailer, (such as CDKeys), those codes are typically not supported, and you would need to request a refund from the retailer you had bought the code from.
Note: Only buy codes from trusted retailers, (such as Walmart and Target).

FIORT-bot That retailer isn't on the list of trusted retailers, so Xbox, (and even EA), won't be able to assist you with any codes bought from that retailer.
So for this issue, I suggest getting a refund from the retailer if you can.
