Missing Apex Coins

Every single time I buy Apex coins, they never appear on my account. I have contacted EA Support but they never help. I have submitted the proof of purchase but they never fix the issue.

@EA_Aljo hi,Im missing 11500 apex coins ,No matter how I upload the proof of purchase , the customer service always thinks that the images I provide are edited and cannot be verified. I don't know why, but they do exist on my steam bill. I haven't got coins for more than 48 hours. I had a ban record before. This is the first recharge after the ban. Is that why I can't get coins correctly
