So basically I purchased 4 event packs for 2,000 apex coins and I opened 2 event packs but as I went ahead to open pack 3 my screen bugged and it randomly took me back to the event menu where my 2 packs disappeared.
1 person has contacted me and he to is also having the same problem- purchased 4 event packs, only got 3/4.
im hoping me and others can get our missing event packs back.

same thing happened to me I bought the 4 pack I opened 1 then backed out and the rest of the packs that I didn't opened disappeared.
I know it’s hard being a dev and stuff but I was hyped for playing today and then that happens totally ruined the mood and by the looks of it I don’t think I’m getting my missing packs back

Thank you for the report!
To clarify, you have not lost any packs or items, though we are aware of a situation where the additional packs will automatically be opened if you exit that pack opening interface during the process.
This appears to be what happened here as well. If you notice the counter shows 2/36 collected at the beginning, and 6/36 collected at the end of the clip.
The other two packs were just opened in the background but you have still received the items, apologies for the confusion here.
You should be able to go through your collection to see what else was picked up from the remaining two packs that weren't opened manually.
- @EA_Mako I Made a post about this too. I don't have the video proof but there should be somewhere on the game where I clicked twice on the 4-pack bundle but only opened 2 of the packs.

same thing happened to me, I clicked out of the pack to see the items I got and then lost the other 2 packs

Hi, @danmonkeylax Thank you for the video, it also demonstrates the issue as described by EA_Mako.
Only 2 animations are playing, but you are receiving the contents for all 4 packs.
At 0:32 we can clearly see the counter is at 10/32.
You buy the bundle and inspect the charm, then the issue seems to occur and it drops you back to the pack page, without showing the other 2 packs unlocked. However they were opened, and added to the collection.
At 1:11 you'll see that the counter has moved to 14/32.
If you inspect the page showing all the unlocks you can figure out the contents of the packs you didn't see.I cant find anything that I didn't already have, I'm pretty sure mine are just gone. Even if they were opened and added to your account , how is that OK? You can't just go around opening peoples packs. This event is costing people alot of money and its using gambling tactics to make you buy more and you don't even get that rush of opening the pack to see the animation ? This just seems really shady. Trust is already at an all time low and now this ?
I bought the free event pack opened it just fine then bought 4 packs for I believe 2,000 coins and opened 2 and got in a game and came back and the other 2 packs are gone have you had any luck getting in touch with EA?

im pissedThis also happened to me and I thought I mistakenly bought the one pack. I purchased another four pack, opened two- changed screens, and was no longer able to access any more of the event packs. So I'm out 4 packs so far.
