Thank you for the report!

To clarify, you have not lost any packs or items, though we are aware of a situation where the additional packs will automatically be opened if you exit that pack opening interface during the process.

This appears to be what happened here as well. If you notice the counter shows 2/36 collected at the beginning, and 6/36 collected at the end of the clip.

The other two packs were just opened in the background but you have still received the items, apologies for the confusion here.

You should be able to go through your collection to see what else was picked up from the remaining two packs that weren't opened manually.
