I bought a 4 pack of this. I opened one, went to the character tab and looked at the skin came out in the box. Then, when I went to the Event tab and wanted to open the other boxes, I saw that the remaining my 3 boxes had disappeared. I have to buy it again when I want to open the box. I researched but couldn't find a solution. I think there was a bug and the boxes disappeared. I am contacting EA Help but we have been sending emails to each other for 3 days. I know this 3-pack is $30 and the 4-pack is $40. But in my country, 30 dollars is 900 TL. 400 dollars 1200 TL. And this is really too much for us. Yes, I chose to buy it, but as I said, 3 of my boxes are missing. Is anyone has this problem? And has anyone solved this problem? Cause I want my 3 boxes or my 3000 coin back.

Apologies for the concern with this, as I'd definitely want to make sure you got all your event packs.
We are aware of an issue that can cause your remaining event packs to automatically open if the pack opening screen is closed while you still have event packs available.
While that will prevent you from seeing the packs open, fortunately the items in those packs are still added to your collection even if opened automatically like this.
After taking a look at each of your accounts it looks like this was the case here as well. Sorry you weren't able to open those directly, but fortunately I do see the contents of the remaining packs were added correctly. You should be able to review your collection to find the newer items in each case.
