I bought 4 event final fantasy packs, where it was written that I was guaranteed 90% legendary item or 10% icon item but i got only epic items

Which currency was used to pick those up in-game?
I do see a number of normal Apex packs and even some of the Epic packs being opened, but I'm not currently seeing any event packs being opened on this particular account. If you can provide a bit more info above, we can look into this further. Thanks!
It looks like your packs were purchased individually.
The offer mentioned above is exclusively for the Four-Pack shop bundle, not just for purchasing 4 individual packs.
Your purchases would not have been part of that guarantee as a result, but I do see all the contents from the packs you did open were added to the account correctly, so you've not missed out on anything from those packs.
