Hi There, I recently purchased 4350 coins on Apex and just used them on The Final Fantasy Event. I know I clicked Purchase 4-pack Bundle twice but I wanted to wait to open the packs all at once but they are missing now cause I should have move that 13/36 items collected. Note: I also using my crafting material for 4 packs.
Hit 4 pack bundle twice 8 packs in total which should put me at 24 items. I only have 13. Please advise.

the same thing but arrived ea I bought 4pack I opened 1 and the others disappeared return them to me or refund meEven if I did get the items how’s that fair that they opened without my own doing what if I wanted save thoses packs???! You lot are a joke I won’t be putting a single penny into your scammy game again 5% chance skins in packs that I didn’t see open if that’s not sus idk what is 2 packs in a row I did not open got 5% chance skins the chances of that happening… unless it was tampered.

Are you * serious none of us willingly open those missing packs that opened in the background what if we wanted to save them? Give us our packs you scum!!!!
@ryanwvvv You’re not allowed to save the packs because the pricing is based on how many you’ve opened. They auto-open the packs to avoid people paying less than the full cost for the event. E.g. if I have opened 5 packs, buy a 4 pack (which would be 2400 coins), normally the next pack would be 700 coins because I’d have 9 packs opened. However, if I instead let it open the first one automatically then close out of the menu to save the other 3 packs, now I only have 6 open so the next pack would only cost 500 coins.
TL;DR, it’s so people don’t break the discount system.

This also happened to me and I thought I mistakenly bought the one pack. I purchased another four pack, opened two- changed screens, and was no longer able to access any more of the event packs. So I'm out 4 packs so far.

I had some spare money and decided to purchase Final Fantasy VII Event Packs. I paid for 2x 10,000 (+1500 Bonus) Apex Coins (which for me was well over $200AU).
With the coins I was then purchasing the 4 pack event bundles (multiple times, eventually wanting to unlock every item), in which I had a server error occur causing me to completely lose some of the packs and losing my items (see photo attached).
I had a 4 pack, opened 1 of the packs, the server error would then occur, and the remaining 3 packs would be completely gone. (This happened twice, so 6 packs lost).
Has anyone else had this happen? I am unsure what to do next.
I tried contacting the EA Help/Customer support, they were emailing me for a few days asking the same questions over and over doing absolutely nothing to help, asking me details I had already provided to them (Video, screenshots etc).
I had a live chat before and they essentially said that cannot do anything and would ask their "team" to look into it for feedback..
Pretty bummed about this, any recommendations? Is there anyone that could actually help me?

I bought 4 event final fantasy packs, where it was written that I was guaranteed 90% legendary item or 10% icon item but i got only epic items
