Missing Apex Event Final Fantasy Packs

Hi, @danmonkeylax Thank you for the video, it also demonstrates the issue as described by EA_Mako. 


Only 2 animations are playing, but you are receiving the contents for all 4 packs. 


At 0:32 we can clearly see the counter is at 10/32.

You buy the bundle and inspect the charm, then the issue seems to occur and it drops you back to the pack page, without showing the other 2 packs unlocked. However they were opened, and added to the collection. 

At 1:11 you'll see that the counter has moved to 14/32. 

If you inspect the page showing all the unlocks you can figure out the contents of the packs you didn't see. 

purchased a 4 pack from the final fantasy event for 2000 apex coins. It only opened one pack which didnt even give me the legendary or iconic, only gave me 2 rares and 1 epic. Now im out 2000 coints without even having what i was promised.

Same here I thought I can open 2 now n save some for later after a win but it was all gone

I cant find anything that I didn't already have, I'm pretty sure mine are just gone.  Even if they were opened and added to your account , how is that OK? You can't just go around opening peoples packs. This event is costing people alot of money and its using gambling tactics to make you buy more and you don't even get that rush of opening the pack to see the animation ? This just seems really shady. Trust is already at an all time low and now this ? 

firstly, I have been trying to contact EA about the same and you guys didn't reply at all secondly, please fix this issue, this shows how much you care about the community and people around you, and secondly, no it doesn't show me the rest of the pack's items I got and they didn't get opened immediately, I had 5 packs in total (1 free + 4 bought )  and I got only two legendary or the green one (1 free and 1 brought which I opened) while the rest were not opened and lost.

Even if they were opened, I would have 5 legenders or the green ones right? 

Two cases - 

No.1 ) ea is scamming people of getting a guaranteed legendary on the 4-pack

No.2 ) the three packs actually got lost and were never opened and I am actually getting scammed

Either way this show how much you care about the community, I am 100% confident that I should have 5 legendary or greens rather than having just 5 items collected in total, its totally the 3 packs went missing,

To clarify, are you saying that you've opened 5 packs total, and received two legendary items and a green (iconic) item?

Your event item tracker is showing 5 items collected, but you're not seeing 5 legendary/iconic items, is that the issue?

Edit: Fortunately after taking a look, you don't appear to be missing anything. All your packs were opened and the items received. You've certainly received the guaranteed legendary as well as a couple more.

Of the 5 event packs, you received:

3 Legendary items - Bocek, 301, and Nemesis skins

6 Epic items - Charge Rifle skin, shared character frame, Mad Maggie skin, sticker pack, Bocek skin, holospray

6 Rare items - Volt, Charge Rifle skins, Conduit quip, Conduit skin, Caustic pose, Crypto frame

This for a total of 15 items, which is 5 packs.

This matches the rest of the cases here, where the packs are being opened in the background if that interface is left.

That is certainly not ideal, but you have not missed out on any of the items or packs.

Same thing happened to me also. i bought 5-6 of the packs of 4 apex event packs, only opened 4 and the rest just vanished, hopefully we get some answers because that is robbery 

Yeah Same thing for me except i checked what i opened and what i had recieved already before opening and what i didnt have and i did not get anything new i still had the same items after opening one pack and the other three disappeared, this has happened multiple times atleast twice with 5-6 packs just not there

Yeah pretty sure we did not get these, the tracker is not updating.
