Missing Items From Apex Packs

Hey, so I was opening up packs and I got a few decent things such as a legendary r99 skin and some other stuff but none of them are showing up in my loadout. I checked through literally every weapon to make sure I wasn't mistaking a legendary skin for what I thought was for the r99 for a different gun but nothing was there for any other weapon as well and I'm 100% sure I got a legendary weapon skin at least. Even when I was checking through my other weapons I was supposed to have a sweet 16 rampage skin but that wasn't there either and I was also supposed to have an Ashe common skin but that wasn't there. As I was checking through my whole loadout and legends I saw that everything from the packs that I opened weren't there and I opened up a legendary pack so I was supposed to have at least one legendary skin for sure and that was my r99 skin. What do I do about this and will I be able to get the things I opened?
