Missing mythic shards

Ive spent alot of money on this game and ive been counting how many packs Ive been opening and im well over 500 normal packs now. But no heirloom is it like a usual glitch or is my Apex just not working?!

Hmm idk why.

However, again, there is no way to manually check the pack count.

thanks for your response but all this doesnt get me any further if i click the contact option i get some weird chatbot wich gives me the same questions over and over again and doesnt direct me to anything so the contact option is useless.

no i have the same issue and im now searching for attention to this problem because its irritating as heck since i spent money on the packs aswell and we cant contact ea directly and it just feels like a scam

Its likely you have made a miscalculation on the Apex pack count, as the granting of shards is guranteed and automatic on the opening of the 500th pack. There's no manual way to check the count atm.

I keep a manual count on a note on my phone, currently 209 of the 500.
