Missing packs purchased and earned

I earned the Ninjayla packs and opened ten to get the free Beast of Prey pack, I saved the other ten and had seven packs I had been earning through levels and the battle pass. i also bought 3 Steeled Demon packs because they were discounted. However, I just logged in today and the combined 20 packs I was saving are all gone: 17 regular apex packs and 3 Steeled Demon packs. I never got any rewards from the disappearance of these packs and I don't know what to do
