Missing packs purchased and earned

Hey dude i got the same problem but it happend with normal apex pack i have bought not only it didint count to the spark bonus bar i also lost the remaining packs :c

I also contacted ea by email (3 days ago and no answer) and i reported it here but also no answer sorry for my bad grammar english is not my first lenguage 

Dragonhunter4668  & Musukun_uwu For the Spark Packs, only 10 normal Apex packs count towards the Spark Bonus. Once 10 normal packs had been opened, the Spark Bonus enters a week cooldown period, (where any packs opened next won't count until the cooldown period had ended).

For example, I have to wait 1 day and 1 hour, before I can get another Spark Pack:

When opening up a pack, you have the option to increase/decrease how many you're opening by 1, 5, or all your available packs, (when it says "max", it does not mean, "the 10 packs required to hit the Spark Bonus", it means all your packs).

If you had logged off with packs remaining on your account, I'd check to make sure no one else in your household is playing on your account, and that you change the password on your EA Account and your connected platform accounts to ensure no one else is able to play on your account. (You should also enable 2-Step Verification on your EA Account and your connected platform accounts, if its not already enabled).

If you're unable to change your password, or believe you were hacked, I'd contact EA Support.
