My account has been banned
I started playing Apex in 2021. During this time, many people have used cheats and converters, but I have never used them. Previously, I saw Hal using a Chinese-made controller called mojiang Xunlong2, so I bought one too. However, the buttons on this controller broke, and there were also problems with the IP address. I suspect these issues led to my account being banned, but my two appeals were unsuccessful. I have spent thousands of hours on this account, with a KD of only 1.5, and have also spent a few hundred dollars. I have put a lot of effort into this account, but I really don’t know what to do.

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. You can always reach out to our terms of service team to raise another dipsute again, but I'm afraid that they're the only team with the ability to uphold or remove bans.
