My account was hacked when I recovered it I discovered it was banned! HELP PLS
So My Apex Account Got Hacked And The Person Using It Was Hacking Or Something IDK, But When I Recovered My Account I Logged In And It Said I Was "Banned: Banned" I contacted Ea All The Way Back In Janurary, And They Said It Could Take Up To 14 Days To Get A Response, Its Been Over A Month Now! (Almost 2!) I still havent got a response! The Last Time I Submitted A Case Was Almost 25 Days Ago! (Once Again No Response!)
Somethings I tried:
1. Sending in multiple cases.
2. Sending a case in w/ a different but relatable problem. (My Account Was Hacked) They just updated the case to a banned case and I still havent goten a response!
3. Tried to contact hideouts (Still no response)
Something I need to try.
Actually calling EA (Audio) but I dont know how to do that any help?
