My apex account has been wiped

i have over 500 hours in the game, and i havent played in a while to log in. i checked my purchase history and everything but seems my account is wiped.

    It looks like this may be related to an issue that occurred earlier last year.

    Can you try re-launching the game next time you get a chance? Let me know if you're seeing things back to normal, thanks!
