My Apex Legends account was banned for easyanticheat crashes

I'm sorry but it looks like is not like this, because I never received any kind of explanation about the ban,

I understand you're rappresenting the brand in here, but there's an equation that is not solved: I did not cheated, easy anticheat crashed few times, they still never give me any kind of information except standard emails.

I work in a telco, I worked with Customer care, Customer Experience and Customer Relations, there's any kind of caring here plus any transparency.

I need my case to be seriously investigated, there's any trace of cheating.

If you've created an appeal with our Terms of Service team and disagree with their findings, you're welcome to submit another appeal.

An additional appeal would be investigated by a separate member of the ToS team, who would take another look at our records/tools to verify whatever activity took place on the account. They would typically provide the general reason for a ban, but wouldn't be able to provide specifics such as which program was detected, etc. 

That doesn't mean an investigation wasn't taken seriously, however. If you feel a mistake was made please feel free to appeal again and a fresh set of eyes will take a look.

I am doing this since I opened the first case, but as I said except for Easyanticheat crashes there's no cheating in here, and I still have my account banned and I am still receiving standard emails.

I really need an help to get unstuck from this situation.

I did not cheat.

I recognize there were crashes about the software

I got perm banned and I am accused in the response of cheating.

I could understand if the crash of the anticheat was mentioned as a cause of ban explicitly, but that's not the case.

Please be empathic, imagine to be in my shoes, how would you feel?

I'm sorry, but our ToS team would have final say in the matter.

I understand you're saying one thing and the replies you're receiving are saying another. 

However, if they've reviewed their records of the situation and declined to remove a penalty after multiple reviews, I'm afraid there wouldn't be any other alternatives to have that reviewed again or via a different method.

do you think also posting here trying to report that the actual analisys is creating false positives is useless?

that is true, but thanks to the forum it is possible to realize that there is a problem on anticheat and that this affects more people.
Then, if even then it is a completely useless thing then I will stop here and thank you for your answers so far.

Hi @ninchua , any news on this? I am having the same exact situation. my appeals get declined over and over again. Now they stated I should not expect further responds on my cases.

the only new thing is that they sent me this (attachment) and no more answers.

I mean they checked I sent more than one email and they answered they're working on it, meanwhile they declined all of it without any answer at all.

Still banned and still not knowing why.
