my apex legends crashes my pc

i've redownloaded it 3 times on steam and origin no matter what i do it keeps crashing when i try and play i just have to keep trying and eventually it works and when it works it runs completely fine...

    Let's take a look and see if we can figure out what might be causing these crashes. 

    First, have you checked to see if there might be any updates for your video drivers? You can find more info on how to check that at the EA Help website. 

    If might also be a good idea to try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that makes any difference. If there's something else running on your PC that's connected to these crashes that could help narrow it down. For more details on how to set up a Clean Boot check out the EA Help site.

hey another update so my previous solution no longer works now it doesnt matter what i do apex keeps restarting my pc and occasionally on the restart theres a blue screen saying there was a problem

        Got it, thanks!

        I saw a few errors in the diagnostics that can point to issues with graphics drivers. If you haven't already, can you try uninstalling and reinstalling your AMD Radeon drivers to see if that helps? You can find more info on how to uninstall the current drivers at the AMD website. 

        If you're able to give that a try please let me know if you're still seeing any crashes afterward. Thanks!
