Looking at the image, it looks like you keep reopening your case? It can take our terms of service team a few days to be able to respond, and every time you open the case it pulls it out of the queue, meaning that it has to start at the back again so it takes even longer for them to reply. I'd recommend just leaving the case alone until you hear a response from them. You should receive an email when you do.

If you have a ban you think is a mistake, you can always reach out to our terms of service team. They'll be able to take a look into this for you.

I just got the same thing I have never once cheated and they ban me for gameplay enhancement bs I’ve spent time and a lot of money on apex just for that to happen I didn’t break any of ther rules maybe I’m just to good at the game I hope they come to there senses and unban me cause I did nothing wrong

If you look at your case in My Cases, what does the status say? Also, just to check: have you been reopening your tickets every once in a while to ask for updates? If you continue your case, that pulls it out of the queue, and it re-enters at the back, so it'll take longer for our terms of service team to get back to you.
