My EA account was hacked and my email got changed
I've been trying to contact EA help for 2 months now and I've send the message trying to dispute my ban for quite a few times now. So the story is, most of my accounts related to my email was hacked ...

I'm really sorry to hear that your account has been compromised and that you still haven't been able to fully recover it. As you mentioned that you cannot change the email and send a dispute to the Terms of Service team, you will need to contact EA Help Support for assistance in making the necessary account changes.
Since you can't create a case using the current account, you can create a new EA account using a different email address and then mention the details of the compromised account. Once you receive assistance to fully re-secure your account, you can then send a dispute to the Terms of Service team.
