@NervousAndPotato problem started after updating the origin for the Jedi, which was after update 3.1. Behavior is very strange, because the difference in FPS between 1280x960 and full HD is very small, and turning shadows on and off in 1920x1080 does not matter. When a new patch came out on december 3rd, the FPS grew by about 15-20, the next day there was a patch with a performance fix and he returned to these indicators again. My head just explodes because of this

@NoBrainMyWay Usually the reason when you get similar FPS at the lowest and the highest settings, is bottleneck. Something is keeping your FPS down. I don't know, you should talk to people with a similar system. I will let you know if I come up with a idea, keep us updated.
Good luck.Edit: For my last recommendation, you should do a clean GPU driver installation with DDU. %98 usage seems weird to me.
