Hey @WINCHEcass Account progress can reset like that when you unlink your platform account from your EA account. Have you made any similar changes to your account recently?
- @EA_Pulsar Before this, I had never unlinked my account. A few minutes ago, I entered EA to unlink my account and re associate it with Steam. However, the issue with my account remains unresolved as it remains at level 1 and the data has not been restored

The account unlinking process can only reset account progress. There is a warning message that explains this risk before this step is completed. If you'd like to check your account history, please contact our support team for assistance. The team will investigate the issue for you.
- @EA_Pulsar Before I tried to resolve my issue today by unlinking and rebinding Steam, I had not unlinked my account, and at that time my account was already in level 1 status, which was not a problem that occurred after I unlinked my account
I also have the same problem, can you help me?
I also have the same issue. I've been trying to get it resolved since 2 Apr. This was not caused by cross progression as I only play on PC. My steam account was relinked since then as a potential solution from EA but that neither caused or solved the issue. Both before and after I checked my Apex account on both Steam and EA/Origin and both remain identical. Both Steam and EA show my game hours as they were before the reset so I know that it is still the correct account, but all in-game content and progress was reset. This all happened around the 2 Apr 2024 Data loss incident but whatever patch that was pushed to fix peoples accounts did not fix mine. @EA_Pulsar
