my pixels are so small after update

not sure if this has something to do with my windows update or the recent apex update, but my video settings are just not what they were anymore. as you can see when i load up the game the screen isnt symetrical with everything, the apex menu is supposed to fill out the whole screen. i have big borders now, when i load into an actual apex match, the game feels super stretched, and pixels/characters from far away are so small, i can barely even aim at them. I didnt touch anything, everything is the same.  Full Screen, 21:9 Native, 3440x1440 native

Same settings since i started playing, and now all of a sudden its a night and day difference, almost unplayable. If anyone can help that would be awesome. Thank you
