Apex was working fine since the launch, then one day I log in and I can't connect to any match, I can't join any lobbies, friend's cannot invite me, my username doesn't show it just says "player" and my level also isn't there. This happens on any account. I usually connect my PC to mobile hotspot. Not sure if that is the reason, but it was working fine for months and months. I have tried Uninstalling the game and reinstalling. I have reset all network settings, also reset winsock, flushed dns. I've cleared cache many times. I've restated countless of times. Can't find any solution online either.

@Illyminati68 Hi, when did this start for you and your friends? Do you know if your affected friends are on the same ISP as you?
It looks like you play on PC but have played on PS4 too. Do you see this issue on both systems? Same problem here, started yesterday morning, i tried to repair game, updated drivers but still doesnt work, currently reinstalling the game...
I play on PC from Italy btw
When i click on PLAYER all my stats and my username come out

@OWNED_zyvaa25 Thank you for the extra detail. Do you use any sort of VPN or Proxy? Do you use mobile data to play or broadband?
@dakmakk I merged your thread into this one, and I believe you may be on to something with the mobile hotspot being a factor. Do you have access to a home broadband network to test if your account works fine on that? Thanks for your answer,
im not using any vpn or proxy and I am on a regular network via WiFi but I put metered connection in order to avoid any automatic update from windows.
i am not home now so I can’t try to turn it off but it might be something to look into as it’s in correlation with Dakmak using a mobile connection.
i will try it out tomorrow once I get back home!

I was able to try on a home wifi network and it solved the issue. Unfortunately the game is not really playable on such a slow wifi network. Mobile hotspot was working for me since launch up until recently.I have only tried this once, but the current fix is to log in and load up on the wifi, then joining a lobby. Afterwards I switched to hotspot which leads to a disconnect error (code:wheel), in which case I hit the continue button, and try to spam invites/join with my friends. It doesn't work consistently but at one point I managed to join the lobby... Games were fine afterwards but as soon as you leave party or exit the same problem occurs.

Thank you for the confirmation.
Testing this, I'm hearing that at least one test with a mobile hotspot worked fine, so there may be more to it. We'll keep looking.For those still affected, is your phone using 3g or 4g (i'm not sure if it's a factor, but worth checking)?
Any other info affected folks can add may help. @Illyminati68 Do you have any info on how you meter/throttle your connection? - EA_David6 years ago

I've been asked to check if anyone has any other data usage limits, and if changing any of them has an effect. Also, forgetting a connection and re-aquiring it is worth a shot.
Forgetting and reacquiring does not help, multiple tries have been tested.
In the past when mobile hotspot was working it would often shift between 3g (during a storm for example) and usually at 4G LTE, but there were not network connection problems related to speed on my end. I think it may be a privacy issue... Can't say for sure since I was able to bypass it (inconsistently)
We have same issue:
platform: ps4
location: iraq
servers: fra1, fra2, belgium1,2,3 and london also were tested (nearest ping from me fra1,fra2)
We are on the same ISP
this is for about a month and we could only play about 5 games together, and this will make us leave the game because we can not play together
