My wiped account

Question

Ok the problem is, I was playing the game perfectly fine Friday and on Saturday I went to get on apex again and EVERYTHING was wiped.My xbox account still has all the achievements and the same username but my skills stats and characters are all reset to default even my level. I have no clue how this happened nor how to fix it I've had this account for like 2+ years I'd like to keep it. I have photos of my achievements still being there but the account itself being default, every time I take a video it doesn't send. I can still take a video if anyone responds or pics.

Hi, sorry to hear you’re running into this. I can imagine that it is very stressful.
Usually, when we see this happen, it's because a platform was&nbsp;unlinked&nbsp;from the EA account that had that progress.
Could you please go to the&nbsp;Connected Accounts&nbsp;tab in your EA Account settings portal and check that first? Please also make sure you are signed in to the correct Xbox and EA Account.
If you suspect your EA Account may have been hacked, please follow the steps in&nbsp;this guide.
