Community ManagerHey @Tooljeb1987 have you tried playing around with your HDR settings?
I tested it there on my 4K TV and not seeing issues with HDR brightness.

I've messed around with all HDR settings on my TV, settings for the xbox, and settings within the game. It doesn't seem to make much of a difference.
