Nintendo switch
I haven't been able to play since last night. I'm on Nintendo switch and it keeps telling me "This profile is not permitted to play online" I've tried reinstalling the game but nothing seems to work...
It sounds like you need to contact EA directly to get help with this one.

Although from what I've seen on this forum it might be a ban.
The EA staff who work on AHQ cannot help you with account-related issues, such as bans.
If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:
