No apex coins after redeeming of the code

So 3 days ago i have redeemed the code for 6700 coins in apex, i did not get it even after 3 days

Im having the exact same issue as this person i bought 2 codes and i didnt get coins for either code i entered

I have waited 24 hours now and haven't received my coins.
And don't tell me to download ea app and then Apex.
Im playing on steam.
