Nothing merged in cross progression except two charcter edition packs from xbox?

I got the cross progression pop up finally on my account today and it attempted to merge my PC and Xbox account but failed horribly. The only items that merged were the Loba and Lifeline edition bundles from my Xbox, and nothing else besides those merged. I did not receive any skins, my console level (its higher), crafting medals, apex coins, legends, badges, apex packs, heirlooms, and every other item that i should have received that i had on my console. Is there a fix that I can do to get these back, or do I just have to wait?

The reason im mainly annoyed is because it obviously merged my accounts but somehow only two of the items, like how tf does that even happen?

    @Grill3015 Sorry to hear that, but there are some things we need to clarify to make sure you have the correct accounts linked.

    Was your xbox account linked after Oct 26th? Also, did you by any chance have another EA account linked before?

    As for the Loba/Lifeline content, they have merged because theyre purchased content tied to the Xbox account.

  • No it was linked before the 26th, and no the Xbox and PC account have never been linked to another EA account. That’s why I’m so confused on why it’s broken.

  • Also I’ve already told all this extra info to the EA support team who have given me the same automated email for the 4th time now 💀, so thank you for actually responding to me.

    Hey @Grill3015,

    Looking back over the Xbox account here, it appears to have been linked to a different EA account previously, and re-linked to this one back in September.

    Do you recall any other EA accounts that may have been used in the past? 

    Since this was moved from a different EA account it doesn't have any progress to transfer, regardless of whether or not it was linked prior to October 26th.

    We'd need to look into getting that linked back to the original EA account to try and restore any of that lost content. 

  • I can’t think of any EA account that it could’ve been linked to, but I’ll have to look into some of my older emails to see if any of those could be it, Thankyou so much for looking into it, I appreciate it so much!!

  • Also do you have any ability to see which EA account it was linked to in the past, atleast the username of the account?
