Nothing merged in cross progression except two charcter edition packs from xbox?

I got the cross progression pop up finally on my account today and it attempted to merge my PC and Xbox account but failed horribly. The only items that merged were the Loba and Lifeline edition bund...

@Grill3015 Sorry to hear that, but there are some things we need to clarify to make sure you have the correct accounts linked.

Was your xbox account linked after Oct 26th? Also, did you by any chance have another EA account linked before?

As for the Loba/Lifeline content, they have merged because theyre purchased content tied to the Xbox account.

No it was linked before the 26th, and no the Xbox and PC account have never been linked to another EA account. That’s why I’m so confused on why it’s broken.
