Nothing merged in cross progression except two charcter edition packs from xbox?

I got the cross progression pop up finally on my account today and it attempted to merge my PC and Xbox account but failed horribly. The only items that merged were the Loba and Lifeline edition bund...

Also do you have any ability to see which EA account it was linked to in the past, atleast the username of the account?
